Upon frequent visits to the gym, I have consistently encountered issues, such as the absence of pins on the upstairs machines, requiring users to relocate them from other equipment. Additionally, I experienced a safety hazard when a machine lacked a nail, leading to an incident while making adjustments. Another concern pertains to a machine with a malfunctioning yellow button, impeding its stability. Upstairs racks have been cordoned off with caution tape for nearly a month, and downstairs, the private workout room is inaccessible due to an unexplained sign. Moreover, the removal of punching dummies raises questions about the facility's commitment to quality. It would be appreciated if these matters were addressed promptly, considering the financial investment made by patrons.

When assessing a gym environment I look at 4 factors: equipment, cleanliness, ambience and customer care. I think Amped Fitness Doral is doing great with their equipment but falls shorts in maintenance and cleanliness. The culture is great and it feels inclusive but the employees are trained to prioritize self interest rather than customer attention. The manager is rude and I recollect many employees complaining about him. However this gym I would recommend. It is inexpensive and covers basic gym needs for anyone at any level.

I have been a member of the gym since it opened in 2021 and I can only say that it is an excellent place with a great team. From the cleaning staff to the personal trainers, front desk, etc. I wanna mention especially Juan the manager, Carlos PT, Gretel and Tatiana at the front desk, they are very kind and helpful and very professional.I definitely recommend them 100%. Always willing to help and clarify any questions. Good vibes only and very friendly staff.

This gym was great when it opened, the machines top of the line. Unfortunately due to poor management and the crowd this gym has lost all its benefit. The gym is always full, the machines are broken, the gym is dirty even though the poor cleaning staff is always cleaning. The crowd never has courtesy to even re-rack their weights. Unless you are going to weekend where the gym is empty don’t waste your time. This place is packed full of people at all times.

It is too complicated to cancel the membership and personal trainer, I have already gone to cancel the service but they did not do it correctly they are still charging the service and the Doral managers are too rude when it comes to providing customer service or giving options to facilitate something, I understand that everyone has rules in their establishments but there are situations where one cannot attend in person or send documents just to cancel a service. In short, I only recommend better customer service.

I'm giving this establishment the full 5 star treatment for 2 primary reasons: It's a 24 hour gym (for VIP members) and and their pricing! I remember this place being, at one point, a Bally's and an LA Fitness. I'm glad they brought back a gym to this location. I was at first helped out by Jason, and he gave me a tour of this 2 story facility, explaining the hours, price points and even how they now enforce putting your weights away. I absolutely get irked when the weights are just left in the middle of the floor or next to a bench, so I'm proud to report that they're really harping on cleaning up after yourselves! I bet you're wondering "how are they going to do that?"...glad you asked. They're going to enforce the new rules by charging a fee after reviewing cameras! Awesome for people like me, who actually take their time putting the weights away...terrible for those, who are careless and who think they're above everyone else. I'm loving it so far. Of course it's a new gym and everything is nice and shiny, but if they keep it up (which I'm sure they will), this establishment will earn their keep!

If I could give this place a zero even a negative score I would. Do not listen to the 5 star reviews as well because they ask people to give them for free drinks and apparel. The staff at this gym are quite possibly the most incompetent group of people I have ever come across. I started a membership and personal training at amped fitness to better my health. Since starting that endeavor 4-5 months ago I have had 3 different trainers 2 of which were fired and left without even telling me. I cancelled my membership in mid July and was told I had to still pay for august due to policy. I did so begrudgingly but I thought it would be over after that. To my surprise (not at all) it was not over. I was then charged another 450 dollars in September. I thought surely this is it but no of course it is not. I was charged another 450 dollars the very next day. I have been charged close to 1000 dollars in 2 days for a service I cancelled a month and a half ago and that I do not want to use or even think is worth the expense. This is the experience here at amped fitness doral. The gym is overcrowded, half the machines don’t work because they are broken, most of the treadmills will randomly reset mid use almost sending you flying off of them if you’re not careful. On top of that if you try to call them on the phone it goes straight to voicemail. If you are interested in joining a gym please I beg you do not go to this gym. Just drive a bit further away to literally anywhere else. The gym is so bad you would be better off sitting at home eating Doritos than to go work out here. The damage to your mental health isn’t worth it. Sign up at your own peril.

I will continue to go this gym because of how close it is to my house. That said, if you would like to get anything other than the basic $10 membership, I suggest you don't. The personal training is mediocre, as well as the classes. Also, there are many hidden fees if you try to cancel. If you treat this like the $10/month gym that it is, you won't be disappointed.
